Sell Sheet Safety Checks

Made a typo on your sell sheet or worried you’re sending the wrong one? Now you can relax a little bit with pitch2table. After you upload a sell sheet, we check it against the details on the game record and your profile.

If we find anything not looking right, we’ll notify you to let you know you may want to double check it yourself. You should always double-check and triple-check but we get it. Those last minute edits before sending off late at night.

At the moment we check the following:

• Game name
• Designer names, including if you use a custom credit line
• Player count
• Play time
• Age statement
• Tags
• Your name, email, and phone

We’ll show you what we found as well as what the scanner sees. If you’re happy, send it on to publishers.

Note: We don’t send you sell sheet data (or any of your data) to an LLM / Generative AI when checking your sell sheet. We don’t sell your data and we don’t use your data for training AI.
